Day 1
Arrive at Sani Manor after lunch where you will enjoy comfortable, modern accommodation with en-suite facilities.
Day 2
After a comfortable, warm night's sleep, you will wake to the sounds of the country, refreshing mountain air, and your choice of morning tea or coffee. A hearty traditional breakfast will be served, after which you will depart on your chosen excursion.

Ascending from 1 600m you zigzag around hairpin bends up to the top of Sani Pass at 2 874m. Here you can enjoy refreshments and lunch at the highest pub in Africa. - BIRDING EXPERIENCE IN A WORLD HERITAGE SITE
For the enthusiastic birder, the vast variety of resident and migrant birds always holds the excitement that some as-yet-unseen species will be identified and watched. - 4X4 TRIP + HIKE TO TOP OF HODGSON’S PEAK (VALID PASSPORTS ESSENTIAL)
After safely parking your car at the highest pub in Africa, your guide will lead you along the top of the Drakensberg to Hodgson’s Peak at 3 256m.
After enjoying your outing it is back to your overnight accommodation. Exchanging experiences over your drinks at Sani Manor, you may choose to enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in the area, or you may choose to have pub-grub at the sociable local pub, which would be for your own account.
Day 3
A refreshing night’s sleep, your early morning beverage and a satisfying breakfast will prepare you for another day. You may wish to explore Himeville’s interesting museum, visit the local places of interest or, proceed to your next destination.
